MoF 03: Averted Peninsular War

I didn't get around to finishing this in time for the MoF contest at AH.com (which I run btw). Its still not complete, there would be some more info or flags in the empty spot.

The challenge was:
90 years after Napoleon didn't install his brother on the Spanish throne, averting the Peninsular War.

*Special condition*: Three unlikely countries have to be wanked, that is to say larger then expected. Rather the focus on one area of the world, say Europe or North America, I chose to focus on the three nations.

It could be better. I haven't put any texturing on, and as I said above, there is the empty space.
